Payment Data. We use third-party payment processors (such as
Paddle) to handle subscription payments. We do not directly store or process
your full payment card details. Our payment processors collect and store
payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and PCI DSS
standards.

and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our

6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our servers are located globally through various hosting and infrastructure

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for
the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period
is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal
requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal
information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this
is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been
stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal
information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is
possible.

Account Deletion: When you request account deletion, your data is processed as follows:

  • Immediate (Day 0): Your account is deactivated and personal information is anonymized. You have a 30-day grace period to cancel the deletion.
  • Permanent Deletion (Day 30): After the grace period, your account and all personal data are permanently deleted from our active systems.
  • Legal Retention: Anonymized transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UK tax law and fraud prevention requirements. These records cannot be linked back to you.

Active Accounts: For active accounts, we retain your information as long as your account remains open and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow you to return to our Services.

Discovery Rewards Transactions: Records of completed reward transactions may be retained for up to 7 years in anonymized form for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention purposes.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short:
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to persons under 18 years of
age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to persons under 18 years of
age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you
are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor
dependent’s use of the Services.

If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has
been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to
promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we

Account Information: If you would like to review or change the information in your account, you can log in to your Member Dashboard settings.

Account Deletion: To permanently delete your account and exercise your right to erasure:

  • Visit your Member Profile page and use the “Delete Account” option, or
  • Submit a deletion request via email to [email protected]

Your account will enter a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications
include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal
your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities
monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for
recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do
not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that
automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard
for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will
inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
