We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address (which we may trim or anonymize for privacy), browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, device name, country, location data, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information.

- Permanent Erasure (Day 30): If no restoration request is made within 30 days, your account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems.
- Long-Term Inactivity (Auto-Deletion): To comply with data minimisation principles, PerkLedger accounts that have remained inactive (no login, no clicks, no email engagement) for a continuous period of 24 months will be scheduled for deletion. We will attempt to notify you via email 30 days prior to permanent erasure. Once deleted, all personal data and accrued rewards are removed permanently.

If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
