To ensure data integrity, profile types are fixed upon registration.

Because Business accounts require different verification details (such as Company Registration Numbers and VAT details for invoicing) compared to Individual accounts, you cannot simply toggle this setting yourself in the dashboard.

• The "Optional" Rule: You are free to leave these fields blank while browsing and earning. However, the more we know, the better the tools we can recommend to help you grow.

For security reasons and to protect your wallet balance, we discourage sharing login credentials. Simultaneous logins from different locations may trigger our fraud detection system and temporarily lock your account.

If your team members want to access the perks, we encourage them to create their own free accounts to build their own personal reward stacks.

Yes. You are always in control of your membership.

There are no long-term contracts (unless you choose the Legacy lifetime option).

• To Upgrade: Visit the upgrade page to instantly unlock Premium benefits.
• To Cancel/Downgrade: You can cancel your recurring subscription with one click from your Account Dashboard > Billing section. Your Premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the "Free" tier.
